GENERAL
The UltraGold Exchange web site is a secure Electronic Currencies Exchange Service to
exchange electronic currencies. This Agreement is governed by the laws as such
laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely. User
acknowledges that UltraGold Exchange is not a bank, is not subject to banking regulations
and does not hold any value on account for User. UltraGold Exchange cannot guarantee
uninterrupted and/or reliable access to this Website. UltraGold Exchange expressly reserves
the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new
terms and conditions on this Website. You, the User, agree that you are responsible
for your own actions, choices, and purchase decisions. Using the exchange service
of our web site, functions as agreement to these terms. User must provide Internet
Currency Corp with valid and accurate identifying information as may be determined
from time to time by UltraGold Exchange User and/or his agents/assigns must properly
identify the Electronic Currency account name and account number to be credited
in each and every Remittance. Failure to provide this information will preclude
the exchange process User acknowledges that UltraGold Exchange business relationship
to E-Currencies system is solely one of intermediary, and as such, UltraGold Exchange
does not ensure the quality, safety, or legality of any transaction made using
an Electronic Currency account.
EXCHANGE ORDERS
UltraGold Exchange liability to User is limited to the amount of funds you have placed with us for exchange, less applicable fees at the published rates. All Timescales provided by ourselves, or our representatives (whether in this document or subsequent communications) are provided as estimates, based on our understanding of the work to be completed. We will at no times be liable for any loss or consequence in the event that our estimated timescales should prove inaccurate, whether within our control or due to external conditions or influences. UltraGold Exchange reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. UltraGold Exchange will accept payments only for orders created on the UltraGold Exchange site. If we receive a payment that not connected with UltraGold Exchange order we will immediately return you payment less applicable fees.
SECURITY
UltraGold Exchange will not store User's password in plaintext. No employee of our company will ever ask for your password. UltraGold Exchange keeps records of the orders and transactions that our system performs. These records are kept for order tracking and for our internal audit purposes. UltraGold Exchange respects your privacy. We will not share or sell the information you provided with any third parties.
FRAUD POLICY
We are fighting back against electronic payments fraud for the protection of our business growth, future financial stability, and to protect the interests of our honest and legitimate customers. Any person(s) committing fraud on our network will be dealt with to the highest penalty allowable under law, without exception. UltraGold Exchange reserves the right to inquire for more information before completing any order and may ask for proof of identify from any of its clients when deemed necessary.
